Sonesta ES Suites Raleigh Cary

Overall a very nice well appointed hotel with good staff and clean room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The linens were excellent. The bath was immaculate and well stocked with towels and soaps. The facility was well maintained.

Great Location close to my work and close to restaurants and things to do! I also wanted to thank Wilbert the maintenance guy who fixed our AC very friendly and helpful also Adrian at front desk went out of his way to help us and very polite & friendly!! Marie Flynn also offered us a better price because we needed to extend our stay due to unseen circumstances!!

We liked that we were able to check in early that they had good options for drinks and snacks and the staff assisted very well especially Natalie at the front desk.

The room and facilities were very clean, comfortable and very visually pleasing. I felt relaxed as soon as I walked into the lobby and saw the fireplace and felt the comforting tones. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I actually left a Hilton location the night before and can say this was a far better experience, especially from a value perspective.

This hotel was perfect for me! I have high standards for hotel stays after having some bad experiences over the years at other places, but The Sonesta, Cary, NC hotel was great!! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable and made for a great rest after flying in. I will definitely stay again!!
